Give Away Gift
Starting the 05/12/2012, we are offering every 2013 Jersey purchase to receive a free gift from the Dragons. Your Free Premiers Tee, Grand Finalist Tee & Can Cooler will be sent with your order. Please nominate your size in the notes section of your order, otherwise the size ordered in the jersey will be sent. Offer expires on 01/01/2013 and is only valid until stock lasts, if the size requested is not available we will send the next size either up.
Data Base Update
We are currently undergoing database maintenance. This process will include the update of all current 2013 Red V members into the Dragons Team Store which will offer a new username and password along with the activation of your 2013 Red V Membership discount.
All 2012 or 2011 Red V Members who have not yet renewed their membership will be re-loaded at general retail customers until there new membership has been purchased.
New 2013 Red V Members will be uploaded into The Dragons Team Store each Monday. An email confirmation with new account details will be emailed through once this has been completed.
Why has my account changed: Just like your Red V Membership, we follow the same expiration date. Your yearly Red V Membership is valid until 31st October each year, so too is your Dragons Team Store (Dragons Tail Store) account. Between the 31st October and the 30th November each year St George Illawarra Dragons RLFC have the right to amend all Dragons Team Store Red V Member accounts.

Product of the Week - Free Shipping Offer
Dragons Tail is offering free shipping when we have a "Product of the Week". Please note that the free shipping only applys to this product only. Please select the "POW - Free Shipping" in the delivery drop down menu. Other items added to purchase will then include the standard shipping fee.
Standard flat rate fee of $12.00 applies for all goods purchased online.
All orders will be picked and dispatched within 48 hours, however there may be some delays over weekends & public holidays. All items are posted via Australia Post, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 3-5 business days.

Standard flat rate fee of $45.00 AU applies for all goods being shipped out side Australia. All items are posted via Australia Post, you can expect delivery in approximately 7-14 Business Days. Please note that on occasion, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backorder items may take longer than 7-14 days to deliver, these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.
Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
Delivery of the Gift Certificate may take 7-10 Days to receive. All certificates will be sent via Aus Post and will required a signature on delivery. All Certificates will be issued with an individual coupon code that can only be used once. The Gift Certificate should be treated as cash and therefore will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates must be used in 1 single transaction and can not exchanged for cash.
Purchase of Gift Certificate: Red V discount applies to all purchases of Gift Certificates. Flat Rate Postage will be charged for all Gift Certificates made. You can request that the Certificate is addressed to a Recipient, please insure that you change the Delivery Name & Address so we know who to send the Certificate to.
Redemption of Gift Certificate: All Gift Certificates can be reedemed either online at the Dragons Tail, in-store at our Merchandise store in Kogarah or on Game Day at our Merchandise outlets. Red V Discount does not apply to the Redemption of the Certificate, if additional charges apply to the purchase, the Red V discount will apply to only the extra charge. All purchases made will still incur the flat rate postage charge.
The Dragons strive to ensure you are happy with your online purchase however we advised to choose their products carefully. The Dragons will offer a full refund within 14 days of delivery on all current season and full priced items (NB: postage will not be refunded) of the purchased goods. We also offer the exchange any product for another size or product to equal value within 14 days of delivery. Proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible for both refund and exchange. All exchanges will be subject to additional postage charges and must be returned in its original condition to be guaranteed an exchange. The Dragons reserves the right to refuse any exchange based on its returned condition. For all exchanges we suggest that they are sent via express post or registered mail where they can be tracked by Australia Post, The Dragons will not take responsibility if items are lost in the post. We will Endeavour to process your return within 10-14 working days.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will endeavourer to contact you ASAP to advise and offer you either an alternate item or estimated lead time for stock arriving. No additional postage charges apply. If a specific size or colour is not listed, it is currently out of stock, sold out or due to arrive in stock soon.
